Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Matchin mobile app and related services (the “Service”), provided by Faruk Selvi (“Matchin”, “we”). By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. The Turkish version is the governing text.
1. The Service
Matchin helps VALORANT players find teammates: swipe-style matching, chat, a photo/video feed, friendly duels and a virtual coin economy. Matchin is not a game server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13.
- Users aged 13–17 are only matched with users of the same age group.
- You must give your real date of birth; accounts that misstate their age are closed.
3. Your account
- Only you may use your account; you may not transfer or sell it.
- Don’t share your sign-in code. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account.

5. Coins and virtual items
- Coins are a virtual unit usable only in the App. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users or outside the App.
- Coins buy cosmetic items only (profile frames, card themes). They never affect matching or duel results.
- Our cosmetics are our own designs and do not contain Riot Games intellectual property.
- Purchases go through Google Play / the App Store and their refund rules apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- If the Service is discontinued, we give at least 30 days’ notice so you can use your coins.
6. Duels
Duels are voluntary friendly challenges between users. A result counts only when both players confirm it; the winner then receives a fixed coin reward from Matchin. Players do not stake coins and never take coins from each other. Disputed results get no reward. Duels are not betting or gambling, and no real money is involved.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, persistent unwanted contact
- Sexual content; any inappropriate behaviour towards minors
- Impersonation or fake profiles, including claiming a Riot account that isn’t yours
- Fraud, selling accounts or items, offering services for real money (including boosting)
- Spam, advertising, mass messaging
- Sharing other people’s personal information without consent
- Bots, automation, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass security
- Abusing duels, coins or the report system
8. Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us a free, limited licence to store, show and deliver it inside the Service, which ends when you delete it or your account. We don’t use your content in ads or sell it.
9. Moderation and appeals
Accounts are restricted only based on evidence and only for breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines. You are told the reason and can appeal in the App or at frukselvi@gmail.com. Severe violations (such as child abuse or threats of real-world harm) may lead to immediate closure and reports to authorities.
10. Liability
Matchin introduces players to each other and is not responsible for users’ behaviour or agreements made outside the Service. The Service is provided “as is”. Except where the law requires otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Your consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the App before they take effect. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Bursa have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights.
